There is a lot of information about the benefits of increased nutrition for those who are HIV+.

The idea is that HIV is not a "deadly disease" as the propoganda would have us believe. HIV does not kill people. I know plenty of people that have lived 15-20-25 years with HIV and are healthy and vibrant. Many of these people have been intermitently on and off meds. Some are currently using them. However, one thing is clear... they have all seen the VALUE in NOURISHING the BODY, FREEING the MIND and HEALING the SPIRIT.

Now I know this sounds like a lot of esoteric, spiritual hoop-lah. But suffice it to say, the most clear and evident axiom in all the universe is: "THE ONLY TRULY THERAPUTIC (curative) AGENT IN THE UNIVERSE IS THE SPIRIT."

I think someone said, "Your Faith has made you well."

If we let this be our truth moving forward, our bodies would fourish, our minds would not be plagued or ravaged by negativity and our lives would be BETTER!

So Rafer, to answer your question: "Yes, I do have specific data as it relates to NUTRITION and HIV."

I believe the first thing we have to do is DISAGREE with the collective consciousness, that HIV is a slow, silent killer! Agreement is REALITY. That which we agree is true is true for us. So all my brothers and sisters with HIV, make a decision right now that you are not being taken out by HIV. Make a decision right now that you are LIVING LIFE, and LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY.

That is the start to your healing. That is the start to your new you!
